LOVE PARADOX!! Only Vancouver hotel for me.

My room at the seaside hotel faced the wall of another building.

My family of 5 stayed at the Sutton Place Hotel La Grande Residence suite in late July-Aug. we might be spoiled forever. The suite is spacious, like the size and layout of a 1BR apartment. We loved having a dining table w 4 chairs to eat, sit and relax. In addition, the sofa and chair ensure that everyone always has a seat. The kitchen with sizable fridge+freezer, and the microwave/oven lets us store, and reheat food. There’s even a stove with pots and pans, spatula if you want to cook. It’s a full kitchen with a large counter. There are multiple closets with ample storage space. The gym is a little bigger and with more equipment than most hotel gyms. The indoor pool is great you don’t have to worry about weather or sun screen. The hotel location is perfect for exploring Vancouver. It’s around the corner from Robson and 8 minute walk to train station. It’s walking distance to numerous touristy areas, and sites. We didn’t use a car the entire time. We look forward to staying here again in our next Vancouver visit. Thank you staff for the wonderful experience.

Great location, close to waterfront bike paths, with great views well worth paying for a little more (harbor). Rooms are large and well equipped, However, hotel is outdated a little, but premium priced, from rooms to hotel restaurants. The pool is small and crowded, in a shade, with very little sunshine in August.
